Logistics Analyst (Clean Energy)

What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end international logistics operations across ocean, air, rail, and truck transportation modes.
• Process and track shipments from origin to final destination, resolving transit delays and documentation issues.
• Maintain transportation data and develop logistics timelines aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate with international project teams across multiple time zones and chair weekly supplier performance reviews.
• Analyze on-time delivery, damage, documentation, shipping cost, transit time, and service disruption metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics processes and reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across email, phone, video conferences, and in-person settings.
• Flexible working hours to collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
