Biotechnologist Trainee Career Conversion Program

Location: hirify.global Aventis Singapore, 5 Tuas South Street 2, Singapore 639328. The role follows a twelve-hour rotating shift pattern with day and night shifts.

hirify.global is developing a digitalized and automated multi-product manufacturing facility in Singapore for vaccines and Specialty Care Biologics products.

What you will do

• Execute routine cGMP manufacturing activities in Upstream, Downstream, or Central Manufacturing Services teams.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, digital systems, and automation applications during production runs.
• Support batch production, in-process checks, batch documentation, deviation reporting, and change control activities.
• Maintain manufacturing area housekeeping, regulatory readiness, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Act as a key user of ERP, MES, PCS, and other manufacturing systems.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and twelve-hour rotating day and night shifts.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Starting job grade will depend on the highest education qualification and relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Internship or industrial attachment experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology organization.
