Salary: £24,500 per year.

What you will do
- Support the Site Operations Manager with high-visibility operational projects.
- Contribute to site tasks, employee initiatives, and local community engagement.
- Support transformation projects, health and safety activities, and space management.
- Assist with VIP events and project coordination.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate for the full duration of the 12-month placement.
- Currently studying Business Management or a related discipline covering Operations, Business Administration, Strategy, or Communications.
- IT literate and familiar with digital content and workplace tools.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Subject to BPSS screening; UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control requirements may apply depending on the role.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Suite, Canva, AI applications, or internal communications platforms such as BrightSign.
