Vice President, HELOC Servicing Program (Mortgage Servicing)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end governance for the HELOC servicing program across loan boarding, ongoing servicing, customer support, default management, loss mitigation, payoff, and liquidation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Training, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Maintain the HELOC operating model, including ownership, business rules, handoffs, escalation paths, governance, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee portfolio conversions, servicing transfers, system changes, product enhancements, operational readiness, training, and change management.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, risk indicators, and control expectations.
• Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement, regulatory alignment, and effective customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of mortgage or consumer loan servicing experience, including at least 5 years of direct HELOC servicing leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HELOC products and the full servicing lifecycle, including payments, draws, billing, delinquency, default, loss mitigation, foreclosure, payoff, and liquidation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
• Experience with servicing system implementations, conversions, portfolio acquisitions, servicing transfers, operational readiness, procedures, training, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, investor guidelines, business controls, analytical problem-solving, facilitation, and executive communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ICE MSP, formerly Black Knight MSP, and HELOC or consumer servicing functionality.
• Experience supporting diverse HELOC products, portfolios, and servicing relationships.
