Intern, Global Security Operations, Southeast Asia

What you will do

• Support Southeast Asia security operations for high-profile events, talent visits, and executive protection details.
• Coordinate with business lines, vendors, and security service providers to maintain global security standards and operational delivery.
• Analyze workflows, improve processes, and assist with drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures and operational guidelines.
• Compile metrics, incident trackers, risk assessments, executive presentations, and briefing materials.
• Shadow the APAC Security Control Center in access control, CCTV monitoring, facility protection, incident triage, welfare checks, mass notification, and personnel accountability.
• Plan and execute a local Security Operations event end-to-end as a capstone project.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and must remain an undergraduate throughout the internship.
• Relevant studies in Security Management, Public Safety and Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Full-time availability from January through June 2027, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
• Strong interest in corporate security, global risk monitoring, operational resilience, data and intelligence analysis, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills, discretion, integrity, and stakeholder-management ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data visualization or security tracking platforms is advantageous.
