Enterprise Specialist (Immigration)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must reside anywhere within the United States. Chicago is also listed as a location.

Salary: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Initiate employment immigration cases on the Envoy platform on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with new hires, existing employees, HR teams, talent acquisition teams, customer service teams, and case signatories.
• Answer and route immigration and permanent residency questions to the appropriate subject matter experts.
• Monitor case progress against start dates and expected timelines.
• Coordinate approvals for work authorization renewals and complete case documentation.
• Provide regular updates and resolve customer issues to support adoption and retention.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in client-facing customer service, client account services, or a related role.
• At least 2 years of employment immigration experience managing a large caseload or multiple priorities.
• Experience handling escalated issues.
• Relevant work experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Residence anywhere within the United States is required for this fully remote role.

Nice to have

• Immigration industry experience as a paralegal or in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Power BI.
