What you will do

• Translate affiliate and brand strategies into regional territory plans.
• Analyze brand sales performance, healthcare developments, and competitor activity to identify actions.
• Coordinate marketing and commercial tactics, track programs, and monitor plans of action throughout sales cycles.
• Manage team and marketing budgets, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, financial control, compliance, and quality.
• Monitor field force metrics and standards to improve sales force effectiveness.
• Lead customer engagement, support key customer visits, and manage external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Experience translating commercial and brand strategy into territory plans.
• Ability to analyze sales performance, market changes, healthcare policies, and competitor activity.
• Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenses against agreed plans.
• Capability to recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate sales team members.
• Experience conducting performance reviews and capability assessments.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
