What you will do
- Welcome sellers professionally and guide them through check-in, waiting, and deal-area procedures.
- Inspect vehicles safely and complete accurate inspection reports within the required timeframe and quality standards.
- Identify seller needs through qualifying questions and provide relevant information to the closer.
- Support deal closing through trial closing, negotiation, perceived-value techniques, and objection handling.
- Complete documentation for accepted offers and transfer it with the vehicle to the operations team.
- Provide a professional send-off to sellers and encourage positive referrals.
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Native Arabic speaker
- KSA driving license
- 3–5 years of technical or customer service experience
- Diploma or degree qualification
- Strong vehicle inspection, customer experience, and sales skills
- General proficiency with browsers, applications, and email
