Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia; on-site field work at merchant locations is required.

What you will do

• Identify and approach prospective merchants at their physical store locations.
• Explain hirify.global’s partnership benefits and conduct in-person product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with merchants and understand their business needs.
• Inspect in-store marketing materials and visibility at partner stores.
• Collect market insights, competitor activity, and merchant feedback.
• Guide merchants through application, conversion, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Internship or co-op training experience in sales or business development, with up to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM familiarity is beneficial.
• A valid KSA driver’s license is required.
