Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack, AdTech)

Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel; only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

What you will do

• Design and build full-stack features for campaign management, reporting, audience and asset tooling, and marketplace optimization.
• Develop responsive web front ends, scalable back-end services, and APIs within a unified product architecture.
• Choose appropriate languages and tools for each problem while moving complex computation, data modeling, and algorithmic workloads into reliable back-end services.
• Own services in production, including testing, observability, performance, and on-call operations.
• Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions within an autonomous pod.
• Mentor teammates and improve engineering standards through code review, automation, and pragmatic architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production platforms, with strong experience in back-end architecture, system design, and code optimization.
• Strong algorithmic and data-structure fundamentals, including experience solving complex data-processing or resource-optimization problems.
• Professional ability to work across multiple language ecosystems, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, or C++.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, back-end service design, and relational or distributed data stores such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong foundations in API design, data modeling, testing, and system design.
• Must be local to Petah Tikva, Israel for the hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or GCP, containers, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to AdTech, dashboards or BI surfaces, or high-throughput data-driven products.
• Experience integrating ML or data services into product workflows.
