Senior Product Manager, Data

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to understand data needs, business goals, pain points, and opportunities for actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end data solution design, including event tracking, data modeling, metric definition, dashboards, launches, and acceptance.
• Define and standardize core business metrics, calculation logic, and dashboard systems.
• Drive adoption of data products and establish standard operating procedures across departments.
• Monitor event tracking and metric stability while supporting data consistency and governance processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data product management or related roles.
• Strong familiarity with data ecosystems, including event tracking, A/B testing, metric systems, and BI data pipelines.
• Experience designing or managing data products and translating complex business logic into executable solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, execution, ownership, and project leadership skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for collaboration with stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
