What you will do

• Build internal AI agents, tools, and platforms as reliable products rather than prototypes.
• Own solutions end to end, from architecture and implementation through production reliability and usage.
• Translate broad business goals into structured technical work and propose priorities.
• Design knowledge architecture, access and permissions models, evaluation and monitoring systems, and risk-scaled guardrails.
• Work directly with users across the company, including teams outside engineering.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
• Deep experience with LLM-based systems, including agents, retrieval, evaluation, and tool use.
• Ability to combine technical, domain, and business understanding and operate effectively with ambiguity.
• Strong TypeScript experience.
• Experience with Terraform, cloud providers, and infrastructure ownership.
• Daily experience working with code agents.
