Starlink Global Operations Manager (Country Launch)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States; onsite and not remote. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours or weekends is required.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Develop execution plans for market access and rapid operational growth.
• Track and report KPIs covering activation timeliness, product accessibility, and operational health in live markets.
• Guide planning, resource management, and business model development for Starlink verticals.
• Develop, track, and execute business initiatives with Starlink leadership.
• Lead process and system improvements that strengthen handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external resources to support compliance and market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• At least 1 year of experience based abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• At least 1 year of analytical experience, including Microsoft Office or Excel modeling.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, or data visualization tools is preferred.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives in competing-priority environments.
• Ability to independently define and manage projects.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Python, JavaScript, R, HTML, XML, CSS, or Ruby.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior business leaders.
