What you will do

• Prepare medications in the correct packaging before dispensing, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate, clean, and maintain automated preparation machinery and equipment.
• Verify product selection, labelling, batch separation, and preparation accuracy at every stage.
• Unbox, prepare, and repackage large quantities of medication.
• Manage packaging and preparation supplies while keeping the work area organised and compliant with pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to meet operational targets and maintain quality and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
• Comfort working with automated machinery and new technology.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and rotate between workstations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Previous pharmacy or production/manufacturing experience is desirable.
