FTC Production Operative (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Buckingham, United Kingdom; onsite Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00

What you will do

• Follow the daily production plan and manufacture batches safely, efficiently, and right first time.
• Prepare batches according to standard operating procedures and ensure raw materials are available and handled safely.
• Maintain allergen control, prevent cross-contamination, and complete quality and traceability checks.
• Coordinate materials and equipment and communicate with Production Team Leaders and colleagues.
• Support new product launches and trials with the R&D team.
• Assist with audits, non-conformance resolution, continuous improvement, and the training of new team members.

Requirements

• Commitment to food safety, health and safety regulations, quality standards, and accurate process execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, manage customer needs, and support shared operational goals.
• Willingness to identify improvement opportunities, learn, take responsibility, and respond positively to unexpected situations.
• Availability for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract with Monday-to-Friday shifts from 06:00 to 14:00.
