What you will do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for global brands.
• Configure advanced business logic, custom scripts, automated workflows, data models, and audience segmentation.
• Translate client objectives into technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and end-to-end marketing automation solutions.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and collaborate with senior client marketers, technical leaders, product teams, and delivery specialists.
• Establish quality assurance and testing standards, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
• Mentor junior Application Consultants and Specialists while identifying opportunities to improve Catalyst platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and custom API integrations.
• Deep expertise in marketing operations, marketing automation, enterprise lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel customer journeys.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SSJS, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
• Advanced SQL, data management, audience segmentation, data validation, governance, and data security experience.
• Proven client-facing consulting skills, including technical workshops, executive communication, and requirements analysis.
• Experience as a technical lead, mentor, and driver of quality standards across projects.
