Post-Production Supervisor (Social Video)

hirify.global is building a social-first content team within its Growth department to produce performance-ready video assets for paid social channels.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-production process for video edits, including shoots and user-generated content.
• Coordinate a team of 6+ in-house editors, contractors, and freelancers, with responsibility for oversight and delivery.
• Translate shoot production briefs into clear edit briefs.
• Allocate editors weekly according to capacity and provide first-line feedback.
• Set pacing card targets and improve post-production speed and quality.
• Work with production to increase ad volume by 25% or more.

Requirements

• Seasoned video editing experience or strong familiarity with the video editing process.
• Project management experience, including setting structure and targets and meeting deadlines.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders such as producers and creative strategists.
• Ability to manage and track high volumes of paid social assets from multiple sources.
• Strong familiarity with social-first advertising on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Premiere Pro experience is preferred.
