What you will do

• Manage photography and video productions from client brief through final asset approval.
• Create production plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and supplier scopes.
• Coordinate casting, crew, locations, permits, logistics, call sheets, and shoot schedules.
• Lead shoot-day operations and collaborate with clients, account teams, creatives, photographers, directors, and post-production teams.
• Oversee editing, retouching, colour grading, approvals, and final delivery.
• Manage suppliers and production partners, negotiate rates, monitor risks, and ensure health, safety, legal, licensing, and brand compliance.

Requirements

• Strong organisation, planning, costing, coordination, and budget management skills.
• Solid agency-style Producer experience in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of photography, videography, and production techniques, including remote production and digital technologies.
• Ability to scope and deliver projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills with clients, creative teams, talent, and suppliers.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and existing local relationships with production companies and talent.

• Experience working with food-related productions.
