What you will do
- Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using Pear and the Bare runtime.
- Record polished screen-share walkthroughs and technical video demos showing code behavior, peer discovery, and synchronization.
- Translate protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into developer-focused guides, code-along videos, and interactive repositories.
- Collaborate with P2P protocol and product engineering teams on upcoming Pear and Bare features.
- Rapidly prototype chat, file synchronization, and data replication applications.
- Create technical assets and code-along challenges with developer advocates, influencers, and content creators.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in technical content creation, solutions engineering, backend development, systems development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong programming skills in Node, C, or C++.
- Experience with P2P networking, distributed systems, append-only-log data structures, and decentralized application architecture.
- Experience recording and editing technical screen shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials.
- Ability to turn complex protocols and runtimes into practical developer demos and sample projects.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones.
