Performance Video Editor (Meta Ads)

What you will do

• Edit and oversee high-volume performance content with a strong focus on Meta-first creative.
• Create and iterate on short-form ads, UGC, cutdowns, hooks, and variations designed to improve performance.
• Lead and support the Manila-based post-production team, improving quality, speed, consistency, and day-to-day direction.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, and performance marketers to turn briefs into platform-aware, commercially effective content.
• Apply knowledge of hooks, pacing, retention, and creative testing to improve campaign output.
• Improve post-production workflows, file organisation, versioning, feedback rounds, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of editing experience in-house, at an agency, or as a freelancer, supported by a relevant showreel.
• Strong understanding of performance creative, including hooks, pacing, retention, iteration, and paid social formats.
• Ability to adapt content for Meta and different formats, channels, and audiences.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with performance marketers.
• Fast, organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-output environment with repeated testing and refinement.
• Ability to provide clear creative feedback and support a Manila-based post-production team.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience editing for YouTube, organic social, or broader brand campaigns.
• Formal people management experience.
• Experience in health, wellness, or another sensitive consumer category.
