Market Intelligence Manager (AI)

Location: Bremen, Germany; hybrid setup with more than 50% remote work

What you will do

• Own and integrate market intelligence outputs, including AI-supported analyses.
• Validate, interpret, and contextualize AI-generated insights using business judgment.
• Translate market and competitive signals into strategic decisions for C-level, Product, and Sales teams.
• Prepare concise reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Identify gaps, biases, and inconsistencies in market insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with the Wind, Service, and Regional Sales business units to gather feedback and support strategic prioritization and portfolio decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, market intelligence, or strategy-related roles.
• Experience supporting strategic or investment decision-making.
• Strong ability to synthesize insights and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders, with exposure to commercial or customer-facing environments.
• Experience with AI-supported analytics or advanced data tools.
• Fluent English required.
