Director (Marketing Mix Modeling)

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and various locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required.

Salary: $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods for business decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams supporting commercial performance and management decisions.
• Design and implement end-to-end marketing mix modeling frameworks using promotional, sales, and CRM data.
• Deliver data-driven resource allocation recommendations across multi-brand portfolios.
• Develop modular test/control measurement frameworks and translate statistical principles into product requirements and optimization logic.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing mix modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization.
• Experience integrating syndicated data and internal CRM data.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, Python, and Advanced Excel, including VBA.
• Ability to work in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and other assigned U.S. locations; relocation may be required.
