Prescriber (GPhC/NMC Registered) (GLP-1)

Location: Hybrid role based in London Bridge, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office; the first week of onboarding and induction must be attended in person at the London HQ.

What you will do

• Review patient consultations and determine eligibility for GLP-1 prescriptions.
• Conduct video consultations, live-message conversations, and phone calls to confirm treatment eligibility and provide medication guidance.
• Prescribe safely according to protocols set by the Medical team.
• Maintain concise, comprehensive, and confidential patient records in the electronic health records system.
• Support patients with side-effect management and clinical advice.
• Complete Patient Safety Incident forms when appropriate and provide feedback on delivery issues.

Requirements

• Registered healthcare professional, such as a pharmacist, nurse, or paramedic, with valid active registration including GPhC, NMC, or HCPC.
• Independent Prescriber qualification.
• Experience with telemedicine and protocol-based prescribing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, IT literacy, and ability to use multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability for at least 22.5 hours per week, including Saturday or Sunday every week and flexibility for shifts ending as late as 8:00 PM.
