Clinical Application Specialist (Gynaecology Surgical)

Location: South West of the United Kingdom, covering Avon, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire and Cornwall; extensive travel across the South West of England is required 70–80% of the time.

Salary: £30,000–£45,000 gross per annum plus bonus, depending on experience, skills and internal pay structures.

What you will do

• Provide clinical and applications expertise for the Gynaecology Surgical portfolio across the South West UK territory.
• Deliver product training and education to gynaecologists, consultants, nurses, theatre teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Support product installations, demonstrations, workshops, conferences and educational events.
• Provide hands-on procedural support during live surgical and outpatient cases.
• Partner with Sales from opportunity development through post-installation support and identify opportunities to increase product utilisation.
• Gather customer feedback, market intelligence and competitive insights while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Field Service Engineering, Technical Solutions and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Operating Department Practice, Clinical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Physician Associate Studies or a related healthcare discipline.
• Recent graduates and clinicians interested in medical devices are welcome to apply.
• Experience in gynaecology, women's health, operating theatres or minimally invasive surgical procedures is beneficial.
• Clinical applications support, product training, education or procedural support experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the South West of England.
