Senior Medical Affairs Specialist (Diabetes Devices)

What you will do

• Review external medical communications and promotional materials for scientific accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regional regulations and industry guidelines.
• Develop training and educational programs for internal teams, healthcare professionals, patients, and other audiences.
• Contribute to evidence-generation plans supporting product development, new claims and indications, innovation, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate the clinical value of diabetes products and analyze evidence on therapies, standards of care, and technologies.
• Support corporate-sponsored and investigator-initiated research while maintaining clinical quality standards.
• Plan and execute international, national, and local scientific conference activities, including presentations, reports, and medical information booths.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related science or healthcare credentials such as RN or RD.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical, industry, or research setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate clinical evidence for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across internal and external teams in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines and policies.
• Proficiency with relevant software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe products, medical information CRM, and promotional material review tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as PharmD or MSc.
• Clinical or scientific background in diabetes and medical devices.
• Experience in Medical Information, Clinical Research, Medical Science, or Medical Education.
• Experience in clinical practice across industry and non-industry settings.
