What you will do
- Produce monthly data quality reports and targeted clinical coding audit reports.
- Deliver targeted reviews using analytical reporting, including Elective Recovery, SHMI, and HRG/Tariff optimization.
- Conduct bespoke audits, benchmarking exercises, and deep-dive analyses, then lead feedback and improvement sessions.
- Facilitate clinician engagement workshops and lead SHMI, mortality, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and specialist advice on CCA reports, dashboards, coding quality, casemix, and data interpretation.
- Manage clinical coding services, support coders, monitor productivity and quality, and develop CCA products, reports, dashboards, and client services.
Requirements
- NHS-approved or accredited clinical coding auditor with relevant subject matter expertise.
- Experience managing projects, work streams, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong client influencing, relationship-building, presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience developing consultative relationships with senior healthcare managers and executives.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry developments, consulting methodologies, and functional-area tools and techniques.
- Strong technical architecture, design, or development experience is desired.
