TL;DR
Automation & AI Developer (AI/Automation): Designing and building AI-powered automation systems that improve business operations with an accent on scalable architectures, workflow integrations, and clear enablement for non-technical users. Focus on integrating LLM tools, managing WordPress and cloud infrastructure, optimizing reliable automations, and communicating solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Location: Remote from Guatemala City, Guatemala; must overlap with US Pacific Time.

What you will do
- Analyze business operations, identify automation opportunities, and define measurable automation hypotheses.
- Design scalable AI and automation architectures and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize end-to-end workflows using Zapier, Make, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Create reusable automation templates and support integrations across tools and platforms.
- Manage WordPress environments, hosting, domains, virtual servers, and basic server administration.
- Write documentation, train non-technical users, and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in software development or systems architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make, AI tools, LLM capabilities, GitHub, cloud infrastructure, and virtual servers.
- WordPress development or administration experience.
- Strong written English and documentation skills.
- Ability to work remotely from Guatemala City, Guatemala with overlap during US Pacific Time.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity.
- Client-facing, consulting, systems assessment, or automation recommendation experience.
