Project Lead Practitioner (Technology Consulting)

What you will do

• Lead complex client engagements from scoping through high-quality delivery, including project management, team leadership, and commercial oversight.
• Advise private equity investors, boards, management teams, and technology businesses on critical technology decisions.
• Assess technology strategy, product and engineering capability, architecture, cloud platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity, delivery performance, scalability, technical debt, and operating models.
• Lead technical due diligence, identify material risks and opportunities, and support post-deal value-creation planning.
• Translate technical findings into implications for growth, customer outcomes, margins, investment risk, timing, capital requirements, and value creation.
• Deliver executive reports, presentations, workshops, and clear narratives for senior stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and developing client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, technology due diligence, technology strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or engagements, managing senior stakeholders, and producing decision-ready outputs.
• Strong technology fundamentals and depth in at least one specialism, such as product and engineering, architecture and cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, delivery, or technology operating model.
• Experience in a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, or logistics and supply chain.
• Strong structured thinking, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe.
