Lead Consultant (ECM Solutions) (Enterprise Content Management, AI, Cloud): Leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives using OpenText Content Management, Extended ECM, AI-powered solutions, and cloud technologies with an accent on solution design, modernization, migration, and client advisory. Focus on designing integrations, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software, facilitating AI and automation workshops, and mentoring consulting teams.
Location: Virtual, Klagenfurt, Austria
Salary: €5,000 gross per month minimum, with possible overpayment based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-scale Content Management modernization and migration projects.
- Advise enterprise clients throughout discovery, solution design, implementation, and adoption.
- Facilitate discovery, architecture, AI, and automation workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Design, configure, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants while influencing technical strategy across ECM, Information Governance, Cloud, and AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex client engagements and consulting teams.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Enterprise Content Management solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise software in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering.
- Professional fluency in German and English is required.
