Certified Medical Assistant (Remote Care Partner)

What you will do

• Engage regularly with patients and track adherence to individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient device readings and investigate out-of-bounds values.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, enrollments, and program details.
• Support patients across multiple medical practices, adapting to different workflows, teams, and patient populations.
• Maintain continuity and consistent quality of care while transitioning between practices according to operational needs.
• Monitor care performance and stay current with CCM/RPM regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• National Certification in Medical Assisting is required; certifications from AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or similar organizations qualify.
• Applicants must reside in the United States.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with empathy for patients and their families.
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management.
• Adaptability, reliability, flexibility, and comfort working across multiple practices in a float pool.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to use technology for documentation and communication.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.
