Security Programs Senior TPM - OT & Network Security

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA. The position requires access to export-controlled information and eligibility under U.S. export-control requirements.

Base salary: $157,000–$210,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Stand up the OT Security program across owned data centers, covering networking, architecture, asset management, and vulnerability management.
• Build and maintain authoritative inventories for power infrastructure, cooling and HVAC, BMS, environmental sensors, and physical security systems.
• Define OT vulnerability discovery, prioritization, remediation SLA, and exception-management processes.
• Drive security standards, evidence requirements, assurance, and escalation paths for third-party colocation providers.
• Lead the Network Security program, including visibility into devices, configurations, ownership, access rules, administration controls, and exceptions.
• Translate technical priorities into sequenced program plans, milestones, success metrics, risk management, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience focused on security, data center infrastructure, or network engineering programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS environments, data center systems, or physical security platforms.
• Understanding of network segmentation, access control lists, administrative access hardening, and network device configuration management.
• Experience turning ambiguous cross-functional problems into programs with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience securing OT/ICS environments in data centers, critical infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443, or the Purdue Model.
• Experience with multi-site network device inventory, hardening, or default-deny control-plane initiatives.
• Experience with colocation or multi-tenant data center governance and assurance processes.
