Security Technology Deployment Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote-friendly with required travel; hybrid attendance in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City, with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time. Approximately 25% travel is required for site deployments, commissioning, and validation.

What you will do

• Validate and deploy access control, intercom, video management, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and AI analytics platforms across Anthropic locations.
• Build staging environments and test security applications, hardware, firmware, integrations, and configurations before production release.
• Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, maintenance requirements, playbooks, checklists, and handoff documentation.
• Coordinate SSO, InfoSec reviews, infrastructure prerequisites, and integrations with IT, Networking, Identity Management, Facilities, and InfoSec teams.
• Evaluate platforms for scalability, capacity constraints, single points of failure, and architectural limitations.
• Hand off validated systems and documented requirements to Project Management, IT Engineering, Break-Fix Support, and Access Control Administration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology.
• Experience deploying security technology across 50 or more sites or in a high-growth environment requiring repeatable deployment processes.
• Experience creating deployment standards, playbooks, configuration templates, and documentation for independent execution by other teams.
• Experience with access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics, and alarm monitoring platforms.
• Experience with InfoSec reviews, SSO integration, enterprise application onboarding, IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and security-device infrastructure requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud, Alcatraz.ai, Ambient.ai, SureView, or Envoy.
• Genetec, Axis, CCNA, PSP, CPP, or PMP certification.
• Experience with OSDP, modern credential technologies, encryption protocols, Python, PowerShell, observability platforms, SOC 2, GDPR, or physical security compliance.
• Experience with change management, configuration control, and version-controlled infrastructure documentation.
