Reliability Engineer

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global US HQ Campus in Pennsauken, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $75,000–$107,813 annual compensation, plus a 10% or targeted annual bonus based on personal and company performance.

What you will do

• Develop FMEA processes, perform reliability data analysis, and identify risks before failures occur.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain preventive maintenance plans in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to improve asset reliability, utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Support the design, installation, maintainability, and lifecycle management of new and modified equipment.
• Provide technical reliability support and communicate findings and priorities to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of lifecycle asset management, risk management, configuration management, and loss elimination.
• Proficiency in statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts, including probability methods and tools.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, logical-reasoning, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently sit, walk, and stand.
