Senior Project Engineer of Reliability & Customer Quality

Location: Onsite Monday–Friday at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI 53083. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year.

What you will do

• Co-lead reliability improvement initiatives addressing field, warranty, and customer issues.
• Support new product development by defining reliability requirements, critical-to-quality characteristics, validation plans, and release readiness.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving efforts using 8D, DMAIC, and 5-Whys.
• Analyze warranty, field, and test data using Pareto analysis, Weibull analysis, and reliability modeling.
• Influence design reviews covering DFMEA, robustness, serviceability, and safety, and develop reliability test plans.
• Drive corrective actions, process improvements, standard work, and reliability best practices across design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, Design, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–5 years of direct reliability or customer-quality experience in industrial, automotive, engine, generator, or heavy-equipment environments.
• Experience with reliability engineering principles, test planning, warranty analysis, and field-failure investigation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
