Location: Los Angeles area or nationwide remote within the United States

Salary: $89,649–$152,404 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of a Coordinated Entry System for a large Continuum of Care.
  • Supervise direct reports and guide participating agencies in applying HUD requirements, CoC policies, assessment tools, prioritization rules, referral workflows, and matching protocols.
  • Coordinate with housing providers, service organizations, government agencies, and community partners to improve referrals, housing move-ins, and system throughput.
  • Facilitate provider meetings, case conferences, operational workgroups, and implementation committees while resolving partner concerns.
  • Oversee CES data quality, HMIS data entry, performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, public policy and administration, business, social work, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of experience in homeless services, coordinated entry, supportive housing, housing navigation, or homelessness system operations.
  • Experience managing teams, supporting professional development, and ensuring performance outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the Continuum of Care program and HUD Coordinated Entry requirements.
  • Experience managing multi-agency initiatives and stakeholder partnerships.
  • Experience with HMIS or similar data systems, data-driven program management, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree and knowledge of the McKinney-Vento Act, CoC, ESG, and other federal housing and services programs.
  • Experience interpreting analytical reports, developing recommendations for executive leadership, and managing compliance monitoring.
  • Experience developing Coordinated Entry policies, procedures, and quality assurance frameworks.
