What you will do

• Implement Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System policies, assessment tools, prioritization rules, referral workflows, eligibility processes, and matching protocols.
• Coordinate housing referrals, unit vacancies, system navigation, and move-in processes for households experiencing homelessness.
• Monitor CES and HMIS data, analyze household barriers and service availability, and recommend improvements to increase housing placements.
• Collaborate with housing providers, outreach teams, shelters, access sites, behavioral health organizations, and other community partners.
• Develop training materials, operational guides, FAQs, and technical assistance for CES access sites and participating providers.
• Support field-based services, direct training, capacity building, quality assurance monitoring, and cross-functional process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Los Angeles Area or nationwide remote within the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public policy and administration, business, social welfare, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least two years of directly related experience with Continuum of Care and HUD Coordinated Entry programs.
• Knowledge of Continuum of Care programs, HUD Coordinated Entry requirements, and related HUD resources and guidebooks.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage confidential information.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Housing First, trauma-informed care, person-centered service delivery, and racial equity principles.
• Experience facilitating case conferencing or multidisciplinary coordination meetings and building consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
