What you will do

• Manage and oversee assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the directorate and coordinate communication with Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, operational support, and related technical activities.
• Assign work across technical teams and track requirements, schedules, risks, decisions, and performance.
• Ensure services and deliverables meet PWS requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Support enterprise architecture and data initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments, including data governance, business intelligence, interoperability, and system integration.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Active Project Management Professional certification required.
• Experience leading enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, data management, cloud, cybersecurity, or operational support teams.
• Experience managing contractor and subcontractor personnel in complex technical environments and supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal IT programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, hybrid-cloud environments, data governance, business intelligence, data lakes, APIs, and system interoperability.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, configuration management, DoD Architecture Framework, Risk Management Framework, ATO or continuous ATO processes, and DoD 8140 requirements.
