Business Analyst / Analytics Consultant (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; most customer work is remote, with occasional work at customer offices and international travel for workshops and presentations.

What you will do

• Analyze large customer datasets to identify performance gaps and root causes.
• Configure RELEX software to simulate improved performance and connect KPI changes to measurable customer value.
• Build and deliver solution demos using customer data and RELEX software.
• Present analytical findings to operational stakeholders, commercial leaders, and executives.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate analysis, configuration, documentation, and customer materials.
• Build reusable prompts, tools, agents, and skills, while supporting sales and presales colleagues with RFP responses.

Requirements

• Experience working with large datasets containing several million rows and multiple tables.
• Working proficiency in Python, SQL, or Snowflake; Power BI, Tableau, or Excel alone is not sufficient.
• Everyday use of AI tooling or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and extend new tools.
• Ability to connect technical findings with commercial impact and explain them clearly to customer audiences.
• Confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels, handling challenges, and working through ambiguity.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, wholesale, or manufacturing, especially in planning, merchandising, or supply chain.
• Academic background in business, engineering, supply chain, computer science, or data analytics.
• Experience building AI-powered tools beyond the prototype stage.
• Additional languages at a high level.
