Mid Fullstack Developer (Java + React)

Location: Hybrid work from Poznań, Poland, with one day per week preferred in the office

Salary: 700–1,000 PLN net per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• Design REST APIs and work with microservices architectures.
• Build and maintain frontend applications with modern JavaScript and React.
• Work with relational databases and SQL.
• Support automated delivery through CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code in engineering workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in comparable software development.
• Professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud solutions.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
