Senior Fullstack Developer .NET + React (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid model with one day per week onsite in Warsaw or Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Develop backend software with C#/.NET and frontend functionality with React.
• Develop new functionality and analyse existing code, including legacy applications.
• Participate in solution architecture and work across microservices.
• Debug, profile, and analyse application performance.
• Work with relational databases, TSQL, and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, analysts, and the Product Owner within Scrum delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial .NET development experience and 3 years of commercial React development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Standard, modern .NET, and React 18+ knowledge.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, performance analysis, DDD, Clean Code, SOLID, and architectural patterns.
• Experience with asynchronous communication, TSQL, SQL Management Studio, and Visual Studio.
• Fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience developing mobile application views.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Automated testing, Postman, Playwright, or WCAG knowledge.
