Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Shape and evolve the Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact Core Banking architecture roadmap.
• Define target-state architecture, principles, standards, and requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across transformation, migration, modernisation, and simplification initiatives.
• Design integrations between Core Banking, payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management, and data platforms.
• Promote API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled architecture patterns.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Significant experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Strong Core Banking architecture and solution design experience.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, capabilities, integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, migration, or modernisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of high-availability, secure, and resilient banking environments, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
