AI Solution Architect (Azure/AI)

Location: Hybrid model with 1 day per week onsite in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Azure, AI, GenAI, data, and cloud solution architectures.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, highly available technical architectures.
• Design integrations across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems, including APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
• Support engineering teams during implementation and define architecture standards, governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Review enterprise environments and propose modernization, cloud migration, and transformation approaches.
• Prepare architecture documentation and lead technical workshops with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or AI Architect.
• Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience at enterprise scale.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, machine learning solutions, modern data architecture, and distributed enterprise systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration architecture, cloud and third-party system integration.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, scalability, resilience, availability, performance, and compliance.
• Very good English and availability for the hybrid arrangement in Warsaw, including 1 onsite day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI transformation programmes, GenAI platforms, and enterprise LLM solutions.
• Azure-based data platforms, legacy modernization, DevOps, and cloud automation experience.
• Microsoft Azure certifications and consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, government, telecommunications, technology, or media.
