Senior T24 Architect (Temenos T24)

Location: Warsaw or Tricity (Gdynia/Gdańsk), Poland; hybrid with 50% remote work

Rate: Up to 170 PLN/hour

What you will do

• Shape the architecture roadmap, target-state architecture, principles, and standards for Temenos T24 and surrounding core banking capabilities.
• Lead architecture across complex transformation, migration, modernization, and delivery initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into solutions integrating core banking with payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management, and data platforms.
• Define interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and functional and non-functional requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience, and operability.
• Drive API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled modernization while improving maintainability, testability, automation, and standardization.
• Guide architecture reviews, assess technical risks and debt, advise on technology investments, and mentor architects and engineers.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact in architecture, solution design, or senior engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of core banking processes, platform capabilities, and integration dependencies.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple teams, products, or markets in a complex enterprise environment.
• Background in banking with demanding availability, security, resilience, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English at B2B/professional level is required.
