Senior Solution Architect (Banking)

Location: Hybrid work, 75% remote, based in Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland

Salary: Up to 170 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Define and evolve architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps for data products and domain APIs.
• Align business capabilities, data assets, APIs, and technology platforms across delivery streams.
• Establish standards for discoverable, trustworthy, governed, and domain-owned data products.
• Shape API-first architecture, governance, security, scalability, resilience, observability, and integration patterns.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and enable Continuous Delivery and DevOps through design guidelines and automation.
• Collaborate with product, solution management, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams while mentoring architects and engineers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Domain Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior role.
• Experience designing and delivering data products, domain APIs, and cross-domain solutions.
• Ability to define requirements for availability, performance, security, scalability, and resilience.
• Experience with API-first, event-driven, or service-oriented integration approaches.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
