Corporate Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote; flexible hours.

What you will do

• Draft prompts covering merger agreements, financings, corporate governance, and deal structuring.
• Review AI-generated legal work for mismatched covenants, unworkable closing conditions, unsuitable boilerplate, and flawed risk allocation.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning and provide clear written explanations.
• Rewrite provisions to reflect careful transactional drafting and protect the client.

Requirements

• Hands-on transactional experience in M&A, capital markets, venture financings, or general corporate work.
• Strong understanding of how deal terms fit together and where risk is allocated.
• Clear written English.
• No degree is required; practical capability is the primary criterion.

• Background as an M&A Attorney, Transactional Attorney, or General Counsel.
