Location: Remote, United States only; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Run head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows across a client AI assistant and competing paid assistants.
• Build and maintain realistic small-business test cases covering advertising, content planning, customer messaging, research, pricing, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
• Identify and document incorrect answers, refusals, instruction-following issues, tone problems, unsafe brand output, formatting defects, lost context, and unusable image or video results.
• Write reproducible reports detailing prompts, models, surfaces, expected and actual outputs, severity, and business impact.
• Compare the value of a bundled AI subscription with standalone competitor subscriptions at a similar price.
• Stress-test AI features within social and commerce surfaces used by small-business owners.

Requirements

• Own or operate a small or medium-sized business with approximately 1–200 employees.
• Use generative AI tools daily for business operations and marketing.
• Maintain an organic business presence on Instagram and Facebook, including posts, Stories, Reels, comments, and messages.
• Have hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Be based in the United States and authorized to work there.
• Write exceptional English and work independently against a rubric with a weekly output cadence; the scope may require up to 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Current paid subscription to ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro/Max, Gemini Advanced, or a similar AI assistant.
• Experience running a side business or second venture, or heavy personal and commercial Instagram use.
• Subscriptions to multiple AI assistants and an informed view of their strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience with automations, agents, APIs, no-code integrations, custom GPTs, or Projects.
• Background in model evaluation, red teaming, data annotation, quality assurance, or structured user research.
