Fullstack Developer (.NET / React)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Poland, with three days per week from the office

Salary: 1,200–1,320 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop a digital platform for maritime fleet CO2 emissions reporting and verification.
• Design data-driven applications and scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies, Azure, and open-source tools.
• Build and maintain robust services, APIs, reusable components, and libraries.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with international development teams and contribute to technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET, MS SQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and modern system design principles.
• Experience with Web API, GraphQL, Web Components, Azure Service Bus, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions.
• Fluent English and availability for hybrid work from the Gdynia office three days per week. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
