Clinical Documentation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Write prompts that evaluate clinical documentation integrity, clinical validity, specificity, query opportunities, and present-on-admission and MS-DRG impact.
• Review AI-generated documentation for unsupported codes, missed queries, HIPAA violations, and privacy issues.
• Rate the quality of the model’s reasoning and identify documentation weaknesses.
• Write accurate answers and guidance grounded in clinical documentation integrity and health information management practice.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in clinical documentation integrity or health information management.
• Familiarity with clinical validation, query practice, HIPAA, and privacy rules.
• Clear written English required for producing training guidance.
• No degree required; demonstrated practical capability is valued.
