is supporting an AI training project focused on federal documentation, military writing, and report evaluation.
What you will do
- Create and refine Weekly Action Reports, Situation Reports, after-action reports, and executive briefings.
- Review written content for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and federal reporting standards.
- Evaluate sample submissions using established grading guidelines.
- Develop reference documents and evaluation rubrics for AI training.
- Provide expert feedback on reporting methods and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain reporting quality and consistency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of federal reporting or staff writing experience within the U.S. Department of Defense or military.
- Experience preparing official reports, executive summaries, and staff documentation.
- Strong knowledge of federal documentation standards and DoD procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in the United States and able to handle confidential documentation appropriately.
