Hippocratic AI is building a healthcare-only, safety-focused large language model for clinical applications and patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Review recorded and simulated AI agent interactions across primary care, chronic disease management, care management, medication adherence, and scheduling.
• Evaluate agent responses for clinical accuracy, safety, appropriateness, and guideline adherence.
• Score and annotate agent performance using structured evaluation rubrics and evidence-based protocols.
• Identify safety concerns, inappropriate recommendations, edge cases, and gaps in clinical reasoning.
• Provide written feedback to clinical and product teams and participate in calibration sessions.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States; compact license preferred.
• At least five years of hands-on clinical experience in bedside nursing, case management, clinical quality, utilization review, clinical education, or an equivalent area.
• Strong clinical judgment and working knowledge of evidence-based protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
• Ability to review written transcripts, apply structured rubrics, document feedback clearly, work independently, and meet turnaround expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical quality assurance, utilization review, or case review.
• Experience with chart audits or clinical documentation review.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical tools or digital health platforms.
